It is with great pleasure that we can offer you the magnificently restored historic property of Terenure. 

Terenure has had a long and vital association with the temperate seaside hamlet of Swansea, one kilometre away. At the turn of the tenth century its fertile red soils and plentiful supply of fresh water from the Meredith River its northern boundary (a two mega water licence is still in place) produced all the vegetables for the surrounding areas. Today the remaining flat approx. 5.3 acres are just waiting to be brought back into full production perhaps with grape vines or go exotic with truffles or simply add to the existing wide range of fruit and olive trees.
