Looking for a parcel of land situated in the ever expanding town of
Young that would be suitable for subdivision? What if it was located
only a few hundred meters away from the Young hospital on the popular
south side of town. What if it already had plans drawn (approx 30-35
blocks) and what if it also came with a 2 bedroom, 2 sleep out cottage
already rented out. What if it was offered at a very realistic price,
would it sound too good to be true? (pity its not).
