I shudder to think how many people drove past this property without giving it a second thought. Amazed and blown away are two words that barely describe the transformation that this property has undertaken. If I wasn't shown the photos of the original Farmhouse at Three Springs in Grices Road Tea Tree then I wouldn't have believed what it once was.
